Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the change in plain words, the way you’d tell a developer. Yef’s AI is built to work on Shopify themes: it plans the change and writes it into your theme. Before anything is built, you see what it will do and what it costs, with a sketch for new sections and redesigns.
Can it break my store?
Your live store doesn’t change until you publish. Every change is built and checked on a draft first, and every published change can be undone.
What does Yef need from my store?
A Theme Access password. You create it in Shopify in a couple of minutes, with each step shown on screen. With it, Yef can edit your theme and nothing else.
How do credits work?
Each plan comes with credits every month. A small change uses 1 credit, a medium one 3 and a large one 8. You see the credits and approve the change before anything is built.
Can I try Yef before paying?
Yes. When you connect your store you get 5 free credits to use within 30 days, no card needed. Each store gets the free trial once. When you subscribe, your first month comes with bonus credits: 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 15 on Scale.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours of subscribing and haven’t used any credits: use “Cancel and get a refund” in Plan & credits and you get back what you paid. Renewals aren’t refunded. If you cancel later, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew.
What if a change doesn’t come out right?
Ask for adjustments in the same conversation: 2 or 3 rounds are included. If it still gets stuck, the Yef team finishes it.
